La Ville de Beauceville compte une population de près de 6300 habitants, est la troisième ville en importance en Beauce et la plus grande de la MRC Beauce-Centre. Beauceville est située au carrefour des axes routiers suivants : Autoroute 73, route 173/du Président Kennedy et route 108. Tâches et responsabilités
Veiller à l'application et au respect des règlements municipaux, des règlements d'urbanisme, ainsi que de toutes lois ou règlements applicables.
Analyser les demandes, délivrer les permis et certificats et réaliser les inspections s'y rattachant.
Faire des inspections, relevés et inventaires requis pour le service d'urbanisme.
Assurer le suivi des plaintes et infractions aux règlements.
Accueillir les visiteurs et répondre aux demandes d'information tout en vulgarisant et en expliquant les objectifs visés par les lois et réglementations municipales applicables.
Émettre des avis de non-conformité lorsque requis et d'infraction lorsque la situation l'impose.
Assurer le suivi des permis et certificats dans leurs fermetures et produire les rapports requis mensuellement.
Conditions de travail
Poste régulier à temps complet (35 heures/semaine).
Salaire et avantages sociaux compétitifs, dont la reconnaissance d'année d'expérience dans le domaine, assurances collectives et régime de retraite.
Détenir un diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC/AEC) en aménagement du territoire, en urbanisme ou OMBE, avoir une formation pertinente ou une expérience jugée équivalente.
Avoir une expérience pertinente dans le domaine. Une expérience dans le milieu municipal constitue un atout.
Avoir une bonne connaissance des lois et règlements régissant les municipalités en matière d'aménagement, d'urbanisme et d'environnement.
Bonne connaissance de l'informatique et des logiciels appropriés, dont la Suite Office.
Une connaissance du logiciel municipal AccèsCité Territoire est un atout.
Excellente maîtrise du français.
Posséder un permis de conduire valide.
Démontrer de bonnes aptitudes à communiquer et à travailler en équipe.
Faire preuve de jugement, de rigueur, d'autonomie et d'adaptation.
Faire preuve de diplomatie, d'une grande courtoisie et civilité envers les citoyens.
Sens des responsabilités et bonne capacité à gérer son stress.
Bonnes habiletés pour la résolution de problèmes.
