Wholly Canadian owned and operated, their corporate affairs and window operations are based in Port Elgin, with entrance systems manufacturing in Amherst.With strong brand recognition and distribution throughout the Atlantic Canadian provinces, Quebec, Ontario and Bermuda, Atlantic Windows continues on a growth trajectory and is well positioned to meet the growing demand for fenestration products in their current markets and beyond.Position OverviewReporting to the Owner/CEO of Nova Capital, the President will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational management of two sister companies of Nova Capital:
Atlantic All-Weather Windows Ltd and Premier Win Dor Services Inc.
This executive role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record, who can drive performance, foster a collaborative workplace culture, and ensure sustainable growth.
The President will also be a key member of the Nova Capital Executive Team, contributing to the overall strategic direction to the group of companies.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide visionary leadership and operational oversight, collaborating with ownership, the Nova Capital Executive Committee, and management teams to develop and execute the company's strategic direction.Ensure full P&L accountability, with responsibilities spanning financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Optimize daily operations across production, sales, marketing, procurement, IT, HR, and finance.Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders-employees, customers, suppliers, and ownership.Build a high-performing executive team and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.Drive market expansion through strategic analysis, product development, and customer engagement.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, with an unwavering focus on safety, quality, and excellence.QualificationsThe ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting, engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree would be an asset.
You have 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing or a related industry.Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and customer-focused leader with a proven ability to align strategic vision with operational execution.
They possess a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management, coupled with exceptional financial acumen to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Experienced in navigating organizational change, they leverage market insights to innovate and maintain a competitive edge while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
