Quelques soirs semaine et le samedi

Salaire entre 19,00$ et 21,50$/heure, selon l'expérience

Responsabilités :
Gérer les appels entrants, les filtrer et les acheminer efficacement ;
Comptabiliser certaines données de vente et/ou service à la clientèle ;
Veiller à l'organisation de la réception ;
Traiter la correspondance (télécopies, courrier, courrier interne) ;
Accueillir chaleureusement la clientèle en concession et la diriger selon ses besoins ;
Exigences :
Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit obligatoire ;
Anglais parlé fonctionnel ;
Maîtrise de l'informatique (suite Office) ;
Autonomie, flexibilité, habiletés de communication et de relations interpersonnelles ;
Sens de l'organisation et bonne gestion des priorités ;
Expérience dans un rôle de réceptionniste et/ou secrétaire un atout.
