Sous la supervision du directeur R&D, vous devrez effectuer la conception des nouveaux équipements et concepts en participant activement aux étapes de fabrication et de test des prototypes. Il offre également un support aux différentes équipes de production et à la clientèle. Plus précisément, vous devrez :
DESCRIPTION DE TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
Élaborer les étapes de conception en équipe multidisciplinaire;
Participer aux choix des matériaux;
Effectuer des calculs mathématiques et des analyses de risques;
Assurer un suivi sur l'avancement des différents projets de recherche et développement;
Tester les prototypes en collaboration avec l'équipe de l'atelier;
Contribuer à l'amélioration des produits existants;
Analyser les différentes problématiques et proposer des solutions innovantes;
Apporter un soutien aux différents départements de production;
Offrir un soutien technique aux ventes et à la fabrication;
Effectuer des déplacements occasionnellement chez les clients pour des fins d'analyse et de soutien.

Posséder un esprit vif et aimer la résolution de problèmes

Connaître la suite Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Connaître les logiciels Autocad et Solidworks
Avoir un bon niveau de connaissance en anglais, tant à l'oral, qu'à l'écrit (atout)
QUALIFICATIONS
Détenir un baccalauréat en génie mécanique
Expérience de 0 à 5 ans
Expérience dans le secteur manufacturier
