Nourrir les québécoises et les québécois en offrant des pommes de terre savoureuses tout en assurant la pérennité du modèle familiale des fermes de chez nous, c'est ce qui nous motive chez Propur!
En unissant les forces des producteurs, Propur se positionne comme l'une des plus importantes organisations de mise en marché de la pomme de terre au Québec et au Canada. Détenus pour et par les producteurs, Propur met en marché de façon innovante les pommes de terre de dizaines de famille de producteurs.
Propur détient la marque de pommes de terre Mamzells (les petits sacs roses) reconnue pour ses produits savoureux et faciles d'utilisation

Conseiller(ère) ressources humaines et SST
Poste permanent, temps plein
Vous êtes un généraliste en RH à la recherche d'un nouveau défi. Vous désirez travailler dans un contexte stimulant, près de la production. Nous avons un poste pour vous!
Sous la responsabilité du directeur général voici un aperçu des principales responsabilités:
Responsable de tous les volets RH de l'entreprise
Supporter les gestionnaires au quotidien
Responsable du recrutement
Proposer et encadrer des programmes de formations suite à l'évaluation de besoin annuel
Gérer les dossiers CNESST en collaboration avec la mutuelle de prévention et la direction
Prendre en charge le comité SST
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la politique SST et assurer la formation et la sensibilisation des bonnes pratiques SST
Gérer les équipements de sécurité
Développer les outils de gestion RH (évaluation, organigrammes, manuel employé, etc.)
Compétences recherchées :
Justifier deux années d'expérience pertinente en gestion des ressources humaines
Détenir une formation en ressources humaines incluant un volet SST
Possédez un bon jugement, une facilité à communiquer et à promouvoir les changements et être axé sur les résultats.
Conditions de travail
