Intermodal dispatcherLe répartiteur intermodal sera chargé de travailler directement avec les chauffeurs pour attribuer des charges, répartir, et suivre / tracer les cargaisons.Type de poste : temps plein (quart de nuit)Responsabilités :
dispatcher les chauffeurs et surveiller le statut de l'équipement pour s'assurer que les normes de ramassage et de livraison ainsi que d'autres exigences des clients sont respectées.
communiquer aux chauffeurs (normes de ramassage et de livraison), aux lieux d'expéditeur et de destinataire et à toute demande spéciale du client.
surveiller le statut de localisation des chauffeurs et fournir de l'aide et de l'assistance si nécessaire pour protéger les normes de ramassage et de livraison.
prioriser l'attribution de l'équipement aux clients.
gérer la productivité et la rentabilité de la flotte intermodale en surveillant la disponibilité de l'équipement et en gérant les coûts.
assurer une compréhension solide des questions de transport canada et de conformité, en fournissant de l'aide et des informations si nécessaire pour garantir que le chauffeur reste qualifié et disponible pour le dispatcher.
adressez et résolvez les problèmes liés aux expéditions en transit en temps opportun.
expérience :
capacité à répartiteur plus de 25 chauffeurs dans un environnement à rythme rapide.
connaissance des ramassages et des livraisons au départ du qc/on.
connaissance des ramassages et des livraisons depuis les triages ferroviaires du qc.
solides compétences en informatique pour vérifier la disponibilité, le retour des vides et communiquer avec les clients.
solides compétences organisationnelles pour s'adapter à ce que la journée apporte et maintenir le contrôle sur les tâches à accomplir.
communicateur efficace avec les chauffeurs et joueur d'équipe avec les collègues.
connaissance des réglementations en matière de drayage.
5 ans d'expérience de dispatcher précédente (obligatoire).
bilingue français-anglais afin de faciliter la communication avec les chauffeurs (donner des directions, etc) et nos clients.
Connaissance de MS Office Suite (compétences intermédiaires Excel et Word)
Solides compétences en communication en français et en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
