• À discuter, selon expérienceProsomo est à la recherche d'un(e) intégrateur(trice) Zoho talentueux(se) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez responsable de l'implémentation, de la personnalisation et de l'optimisation de la suite d'applications Zoho pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients ou de notre entreprise. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'amélioration des processus d'affaires et la gestion des flux de travail.
• Responsabilités
• Analyser les besoins et les objectifs d'affaires pour proposer des solutions adaptées avec Zoho.
• Configurer, intégrer et personnaliser les applications Zoho (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, etc.).
• Créer des flux de travail, des automatisations, des rapports et des tableaux de bord pour optimiser les performances.
• Migrer les données des systèmes existants vers Zoho, en assurant leur qualité et leur exactitude.
• Former les utilisateurs et fournir du support technique pour assurer une adoption réussie.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour identifier et résoudre les problèmes liés à l'utilisation de Zoho.
• Documenter les processus et les configurations techniques pour assurer une continuité des opérations.
• Les atouts requis
• Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en intégration et configuration de Zoho.
• Solides compétences techniques en gestion et personnalisation des outils Zoho.
• Compréhension des processus d'affaires et des flux de travail dans des contextes variés (ventes, marketing, service à la clientèle, etc.).
• Excellentes compétences en communication pour interagir avec les parties prenantes et former les utilisateurs.
• Esprit analytique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
• Autonomie et sens de l'organisation.
• Capacité à travailler dans des délais serrés.
• Curiosité et volonté de se tenir à jour sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités de Zoho.
