This role involves transforming warm leads into valuable appointments for our consultants and fostering key relationships with partner organizations.
We're seeking a vibrant individual who is a true people person, possesses excellent communication skills, and is brimming with resourcefulness.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will:
Collaborate with our consultant team to cultivate a robust pipeline of warm referral leads.Engage existing members to generate referrals using our dynamic referral tools and programs.Connect with warm leads, securing face-to-face/virtual appointments with our consultants.Nourish leads in the pipeline, ensuring they remain warm until ready to book an appointment.Conduct research to identify local tradeshows for FBC participation and represent the company at these events.Forge and nurture robust relationships with potential partners.Set and surpass sales targets.What You Will BringCustomer service/sales experience is a must (because we love working with people).Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.Post-secondary education would be a valuable asset.Willingness to travel within the designated territory.Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.What We Offer / Why FBC?At FBC, we're committed to helping you grow into the best version of yourself-whether that's mastering your craft or leveling up your career.
