Le/la gérant(e) est responsable de gérer les activités opérationnelles du secteur des cosmétiques de la pharmacie en assumant les responsabilités liées aux ventes, au service à la clientèle, à l'inventaire et à la gestion d'une équipe.
Principales responsabilitésMaximiser les ventes des cosmétiques
Fixer et rencontrer les objectifs de ventes
Planifier, organiser et contrôler les opérations du département des cosmétiques
Gérer l'équipe des cosmétiques
Effectuer des retouches maquillage et des animations
ExigencesDiplôme en gestion de commerce est un atout
Diplôme en esthétique ou en cosmétologie est un atout
1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste de même nature
Bonnes connaissances des divers produits et services offerts dans le domaine du dermo-cosmétique et des cosmétiques
Compétences reconnues pour diriger et gérer le personnel
Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit)
Qualités recherchéesExcellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle
Excellentes aptitudes pour l'organisation et la planification
Capacité à travailler en équipe
