Responsabilités
Accueillir et répondre aux besoins des clientes en succursale et par téléphone;
Veiller à la visibilité et à l'entretien des étalages de produits dans la succursale;
Gérer l'inventaire des produits;
Procéder à la réception et à l'expédition de la marchandise.
Profil
Habiletés démontrées en informatique (classification et recherche des pièces);
Intérêt pour le service à la clientèle et la vente;
Bonne communication interpersonnelle;
Favorise la collaboration et un climat de travail amical;
Bilinguisme français-anglais pour traiter avec les clients francophones et anglophones.
