Vue d'ensemble du poste :
Nous recherchons un Responsable d'Équipe Backend .NET expérimenté avec des compétences avérées en Leadership technique pour piloter le développement et la livraison de solutions robotiques de tri évolutif. Dans ce rôle, vous dirigerez une équipe de développeurs, fournirez des conseils techniques et veillerez à la qualité, aux performances et à la sécurité de nos systèmes.
Principales responsabilités :
Leadership d'Équipe : Encadrer et diriger une équipe de développeurs backend, en favorisant une culture de collaboration, d'apprentissage et d'excellence;
Leadership Technique : promouvoir des solutions backend robustes et évolutives en utilisant les technologies .NET et basées sur le cloud;
Livraison fonctionnelle : Superviser l'intégralité du cycle de développement, de la planification et de la conception jusqu'à la mise en œuvre, l'intégration et le déploiement;
Qualité du Code : Appliquer les meilleures pratiques pour un code propre, maintenable et efficace, incluant des revues de code et des tests unitaires automatisés. Collaborer avec les équipes d'Assurance Qualité pour des livraisons de standards les plus élevés;
Stratégie technique : Collaborer avec les chefs de produit, les architectes et d'autres parties prenantes pour définir des feuilles de route techniques et aligner le développement sur les objectifs commerciaux;
Résolution de Problèmes : Analyser et résoudre les défis techniques, en assurant la stabilité et les performances du système;
Piloter des initiatives d'amélioration continue des processus, outils et technologies de développement.
Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ years of backend development experience with .NET technologies (.NET Core, C#).
Leadership: 3+ years of experience in a team lead or technical lead role, managing and mentoring developers.
Best Practices: Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Bilingual: English-French
Nice to Have:
Architecture: Strong expertise in building scalable, maintainable architectures.
Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure for backend services.
Databases: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, timeseries or other methods of IoT data collection.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Prior experience in IIoT, industry 4.0, robotics automation, AI, recycling industry.
