JLL est à la recherche d'une personne qualifiée et motivée pour occuper le poste d'opérateur de bâtiment sur les sites d'un client dans la region de la ville de Québec, au Québec.
Dans le cadre de ce poste vous serez responsable de l'entretien et du fonctionnement des équipements et systèmes mécaniques, de plomberie et d'électricité, ainsi que des réparations générales, de l'entretien et de la propreté du site.
Vous jouerez un rôle crucial en tant que représentant sur place de JLL dans la gestion et la sécurité globales des installations, y compris la gestion des fournisseurs, la supervision des bons de travail et l'établissement de solides relations avec le client.

CE DONT NOUS AVONS BESOIN :

  • Entretien, réparation et exploitation de matériel et de systèmes mécaniques, de plomberie et électriques
  • Fournir des services généraux de gestion financière, y compris la surveillance continue des installations, la maintenance prédictive, la maintenance préventive, les routines de maintenance, les tournées d'équipement et les demandes de service, selon les instructions reçues
  • Effectuer les tâches générales d'entretien des installations telles que le remplacement des lampes / ballasts, les réparations générales et autres tâches d'entretien
  • Utiliser le programme d'entretien préventif JLL pour effectuer les tâches d'entretien
  • Suivre les normes et pratiques de travail établies pour assurer un milieu de travail sécuritaire
  • Effectuer les réparations d'urgence ou d'entretien préventif en dehors des heures de travail, incluant les nuits et les fins de semaine
  • Coordonner avec les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs les installations, l'entretien préventif, les réparations, ainsi que la construction / les modifications, s'assurer de la conformité aux procédures et aux lignes directrices en matière de sécurité de JLL
  • Maintenir un espace de travail propre et organisé et adhérer au programme de conformité des services d'ingénierie
  • Favoriser le travail d'équipe et la coopération, promouvoir l'excellence du rendement et soutenir le succès auprès du client
  • Répondre aux ordres de travail en temps opportun, s'assurer de la conformité aux ICP et offrir un excellent service à la clientèle
  • Aide à l'approvisionnement des fournisseurs et des services, au besoin
  • Appuyer la gestion de la relation client et s'assurer du respect du contrat avec le client et des indicateurs clés de performance

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS :

  • Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans l'exploitation de bâtiments, un diplôme d'études secondaires et, idéalement, deux ans d'études professionnelles en conception de systèmes électriques, en réfrigération ou en CVC.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, y compris la capacité de lire, de comprendre et de rédiger la correspondance et les instructions
  • Habiletés de base en mathématiques avec capacité de faire des calculs et de préparer des modèles d'économie d'énergie
  • Capacité physique à exécuter les fonctions essentielles du poste, y compris marcher, se tenir debout, atteindre, grimper, soulever et déplacer des objets lourds
  • Solides aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et capacité de travailler de façon autonome
  • Maîtrise du fonctionnement des outils manuels et électriques, de la lecture des compteurs numériques et de l'interprétation des plans et schémas
  • Solides compétences en informatique, y compris Microsoft Office et d'autres logiciels standards
  • Le bilinguisme (français / anglais) est un atout, mais pas obligatoire

JLL is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated individual for the role of Building Operator at a client site in Quebec City, QC.
As part of this dynamic position, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment and systems as well general repairs and site maintenance and cleanliness.
You will play a crucial role as the on-site representative of JLL in overall facility management and safety, including managing vendors, overseeing work orders, and building strong relationships with the client.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment and systems
  • Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility, predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance, maintenance routines, equipment rounds, and service requests as directed
  • Conduct general facility maintenance tasks such as replacing lamps/ballasts, general repairs and other maintenance duties
  • Utilize the JLL Preventative Maintenance Program to perform maintenance tasks
  • Follow established work standards and practices to ensure a safe work environment
  • Perform emergency or preventative maintenance repairs during off-hours, including nights and weekends
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and construction/modifications, ensuring compliance with JLL safety procedures and guidelines
  • Maintains a clean, organized work area and adheres to Engineering Services Compliance Program
  • Foster teamwork and co-operation, promote performance excellence, and support success with the client
  • Respond to work orders in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and delivering excellent customer service
  • Assist in vendor and service procurement as required
  • Support client relationship management and ensure compliance with the client contract and Key Performance Indicators

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Building Operations, a High School diploma, and ideally two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, or HVAC.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to read, comprehend, and write correspondence and instructions
  • Basic mathematical skills with the ability to perform calculations and prepare energy savings models
  • Physical ability .
