Salaire de base plus commissions à discuter
Nous attendons d'un conseiller en recrutement qu'en fonction des demandes des clients, il sache être proactif en recherchant les meilleurs candidats, en gérant les entrevues ainsi que le suivi administratif de ces derniers afin de proposer des dossiers complets et de qualité. Mais bien au-delà, on attend de ce conseiller la volonté d'ouvrir et de développer de nouveaux clients.
De la prospection au rendez-vous, de la recherche au dossier d'embauche, il faut se sentir à l'aise autant avec les clients que les candidats. Nous nous attendons à :
dynamisme, proactivité, efficacité, communication, négociation mais, une grande capacité d'adaptation et l'envie de se dépasser sont des atouts importants.
Il faut accompagner nos clients existants et futurs clients, dans la recherche de profils spécifiques et mettre tout en œuvre pour leur trouver la bonne personne. Avoir une expérience en vente est également un atout. Il faut savoir être convaincant, persévérant et avoir une attitude positive.
Exigences :
Formation en administration des affaires, représentation, vente, marketing, ressources humaines ou équivalent :

Expérience en recrutement
Facilité à communiquer, capacité de discrétion et confidentialité
Expérience dans l'utilisation d'un CRM :
Bonne maîtrise des environnements technologiques, collaboratifs et des logiciels d'usage courant
Excellente communication orale et écrite, capacité de discrétion et confidentialité
Grande aisance relationnelle, goût du défi constant
Être bilingue français / anglais :
