Responsabilités principales :

Compréhension du marché :

  • Développer une compréhension approfondie du marché montréalais et de sa dynamique.

Engagement des clients :

  • S'engager auprès des clients actifs, inactifs et potentiels de la région de Montréal.
  • Établir et maintenir des relations solides et à long terme avec les clients, en veillant à leur satisfaction et à leur fidélité.

Rapports et analyses :

  • Fournir des informations précises sur le marché et des analyses concurrentielles aux équipes de ventes internes et d'achats.

Développement des ventes :

  • Créer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de compte afin d'atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs de vente de l'entreprise.
  • Identifier et développer des opportunités de ventes rentables pour les comptes nouveaux et existants.

Collaboration :

  • Coordonner les efforts de vente et de service à la clientèle avec les équipes de vente interne et d'achat afin d'améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et la rentabilité des comptes.
  • Soutenir les ventes internes et les spécialistes des devis pour offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.

Service à la clientèle :

  • Élaborer des solutions sur mesure pour répondre aux défis et aux exigences des clients.
  • Proposer des prix, des disponibilités et des délais de livraison précis pour les produits.
  • Recommander des produits alternatifs pour répondre aux besoins des clients.

Qualifications :

Éducation et expérience :

  • Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente de produits industriels ou de construction est essentiel.
  • Une solide expérience en vente et en développement des affaires dans la région de Montréal est requise.
  • Une expérience dans l'industrie de l'acier ou du métal est un atout.

Compétences et aptitudes :

  • La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est requise.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à l'organisation.
  • Une expérience avérée en matière de vente et de gestion des relations clients.

Qualités personnelles :

  • Un état d'esprit axé sur les résultats et le client.
  • Engagement à l'égard de l'apprentissage continu et du développement professionnel.

  • Salaire de base : 80 000 à 85 000 dollars par an, plus participation aux bénéfices.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Understanding:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Montreal market and its dynamics.

Client Engagement:

  • Engage with active, inactive, and prospective clients across the Montreal region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Provide accurate market information and competitive insights to the inside sales and purchasing teams.

Sales Development:

  • Create and implement account strategies to meet and exceed business sales objectives.
  • Identify and develop profitable sales opportunities for both new and existing accounts.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate sales and customer service efforts with inside sales and purchasing teams to enhance operational efficiency and account profitability.
  • Support inside sales and quoting specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.

Customer Service:

  • Develop tailored solutions to customer challenges and requirements.
  • Offer accurate product pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Recommend alternative products as needed to meet client needs.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or construction product sales is essential.
  • Strong sales and business development experience in the Montreal region is required.
  • Experience within the steel or metal industry is an asset.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.
