CONSEILLER(ÈRE) SERVICE AUX ENTREPRENEURS - Boutique Lacroix Québec
Sous l'autorité du coordonnateur de Lacroix, la personne titulaire prend des appels téléphoniques de la part des clients et répond à leurs demandes de renseignements. À partir de soumissions (appels d'offres), elle complète les commandes selon les quantités requises et les produits appropriés. Elle assume le support interne de l'ensemble de notre clientèle.

Tu seras responsable de :
Recevoir les appels téléphoniques/ courriels de la clientèle et fournir les informations demandées. Effectuer la recherche de l'information (technique et/ou prix) avec l'aide des outils à sa disposition ;
Acheminer les dossiers des clients référés qui sont venu faire des choix en boutique aux plombiers et/ou entrepreneur, faire le suivi et procéder à la commande lorsque le dossier est signé ;
À la demande du client, soumissionner sur des projets à l'aide des soumissions fournies par ce dernier. Effectuer le suivi du projet afin de conclure la vente de matériel ;
Produire sur demande les fiches techniques requises par le client ainsi que les documents de présentation de produits ;
Assurer le service après-vente auprès des entrepreneurs/plombiers : Régler les différents problèmes qui pourraient souvenir lors de la livraison et/ou installation du matériel ;
Répondre aux demandes de renseignements techniques des différents départements de la compagnie ;
Effectuer la formation des conseillers sur le logiciel Mincron et sur les procédures en boutique ;
Faire également le suivi des commandes B/O et produit sur demande des clients ;
Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Ton profil :
Tu as un diplôme d'études professionnelles en ventes et représentation ou un diplôme d'études collégiales en design d'intérieur ;
Tu possèdes 3 années d'expérience comme conseiller dans la salle d'exposition ;
Tu es dynamique, autonome, diligent, ordonné, flexible, adaptatif, analytique ;
Tu sais faire preuve de tact et diplomatie ;
Tu as un bon sens de l'organisation et des communications ;
Tu es capacité à travailler sous pression et avec précision
Tu maîtrise des mathématiques.
