COMMIS AUX COMPTES RECEVABLES
Sous l'autorité du Chef du service du crédit, la personne titulaire effectue les appels de collection ainsi que la correspondance du département. Elle maintient à jour les dossiers, les demandes d'ouverture de compte et les réclamations des clients. Elle prépare et comptabilise les dépôts, répond aux demandes de vérification de crédit et collabore au travail général de crédit.

Tu peux être appelé à effectuer les tâches suivantes:
Comptabiliser, dans les comptes à recevoir, les dépôts des succursales, les paiements directs à notre institution financière et les paiements par les terminaux.
Utiliser et maîtriser le traitement de texte pour la correspondance du département de crédit : Dénonciation, quittances, lettres, rapports réguliers, mensuels ou sur demande.
Effectuer les appels de collection, la conciliation de certains comptes et le suivi des réclamations des clients.
Recevoir et traiter les demandes d'ouverture de compte.
Effectuer par courriel les demandes de recherche de propriété, de construction, d'archives publiques et autres vérifications.
Remplacement des pauses à la réception.
Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Profil recherché:
Détenir un diplôme d'étude secondaire
Détenir un DEP en administration (un atout)
Posséder un an d'expérience dans le service du crédit
Être ordonné, diligent, rapide et précis
Tu sais faire preuve de tact et diplomatie afin d'entretenir de bonnes relations
Maîtrise de AS400 (un atout)
