Scolarité et expérience

Grade universitaire de 1er cycle dans une discipline appropriée.
Un minimum de deux (2) années d'expérience pertinente

Description du poste La Direction des technologies de l'information est à la recherche d'une administratrice ou administrateur en RI, niveau 1, pour joindre le secteur Administration et campus numérique (ACN).

Le mandat de ce secteur consiste à répondre aux besoins de la communauté de l'Université Laval en garantissant le bon fonctionnement, le développement, la pertinence et la modernisation des solutions administratives transversales de l'organisation. Le secteur ACN assume notamment la responsabilité de la gestion des outils de collaboration, de la gestion documentaire, de la gestion de l'information, de la gestion des accès, du parc informatique, ainsi que des solutions administratives institutionnelles liées aux ressources humaines et financières.

La personne sélectionnée se joindra à une équipe agile et aura à travailler avec des outils spécialisés tels que des plateformes servant à gérer l'identité, les courriers électroniques, l'automatisation de flux numériques et bien d'autres. Elle devra assurer la continuité des opérations et l'évolution des systèmes technologiques sous leurs responsabilités.

Principalement, et en plus des attributions caractéristiques de la fonction, pour les systèmes sous sa responsabilité, la personne aura à :
Gérer, maintenir, surveiller et optimiser la performance et la santé des systèmes;
Veiller à la sécurité et la disponibilité;
Assurer le déploiement, l'installation et la configuration des solutions informatiques et effectuer le suivi des activités quotidiennes;
Gérer les changements et les incidents selon les normes établies par l'organisation;
Diagnostiquer et solutionner les problèmes;
Conseiller les membres de l'équipe sur le plan technique de son domaine d'expertise;
Effectuer de l'encadrement technique des membres de l'équipe;
Conseiller et superviser les solutions de surveillance des systèmes;
Rédiger, mettre à jour la documentation sur les divers aspects techniques et applicatifs;
Effectuer la gestion et la sécurité des identités de l'institution;
Participer à l'automatisation des services;
Agir en service-conseil auprès des partenaires;
Conseiller et contribuer aux stratégies d'évolution des systèmes sous sa responsabilité;
Effectuer de la veille technologique.

Compétences recherchées :
Expérience dans l'administration d'un système de mission critique aux opérations de l'entreprise;
Maîtrise des environnements Microsoft;
Expérience et connaissance d'outils d'automatisation de systèmes dans les environnements Microsoft;
Connaissance de déploiement de solutions cloud;
Bonnes connaissances en cybersécurité.

Seront considérés comme des atouts :
Posséder de l'expérience dans la gestion et la configuration d'un ou plusieurs des services suivants : Microsoft Active Directory et Azure AD;
Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 et Online;
Microsoft Fabric;
Microsoft Power Platform.

Connaissance de l'exploitation d'infrastructure à l'aide de code (IaC);
Connaissance de base en administration de serveur Linux;
Connaissance dans l'implémentation de fédération avec OpenId et SAML;
Connaissance d'un gestionnaire de codes sources.

À noter : L'administratrice ou l'administrateur devra être disponible à l'occasion pour réaliser des tâches en dehors des heures normales de travail.
