SOMMAIRE DE LA FONCTION
Sous la supervision de la cheffe du Service des affaires juridiques et secrétaire générale adjointe, le titulaire agit à titre d'adjoint(e) au Service des affaires juridiques. La personne assiste la cheffe ainsi que les conseillers juridiques dans la planification et l'exécution de leurs tâches générales et spécifiques. Elle assure également le soutien administratif pour les autres services de la Direction exécutive des affaires corporatives. Elle assure la bonne gestion de l'information et voit à filtrer et diriger l'information aux personnes compétentes pour la traiter, plus spécifiquement au niveau du Service des affaires juridiques.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Gérer le courrier et les courriels destinés au Service des affaires juridiques, identifier et établir les priorités et, lorsque requis, référer le dossier aux personnes concernées.
Assurer l'interface entre le Secrétariat général et les différents intervenants internes et externes.
Participer à des comités de travail ayant pour but d'améliorer l'efficacité des processus du Secrétariat général et du Service des affaires juridiques.
Élaborer le calendrier annuel des réunions et convoquer les intervenants à celles-ci. Voir à la préparation des ordres du jour, des avis, des procès-verbaux et extraits de résolution requis.
Coordonner la transmission de documents requis par la loi aux différentes instances et en assurer la qualité.
S'assurer de la préparation, de la conformité et du respect des échéanciers de chacun des dossiers transmis.
Organiser et planifier certaines rencontres et rendez-vous entre différents intervenants.
Procéder à la rédaction et/ou saisie et/ou révision linguistique de divers documents à caractère légal et administratif (opinions juridiques, procédures, rapports, contrats, politiques, règlements, résolutions, ordres du jour, procès-verbaux, correspondances, etc.).
Ouvrir, classer et maintenir à jour les dossiers actifs du Secrétariat général ainsi que ceux du Service des affaires juridiques.
Maintenir à jour la bibliothèque juridique du RTC.
Faire les demandes de biens et services du Service des affaires juridiques.
Maintenir à jour le tableau de suivi de la facturation des services externes.
Assurer différents travaux généraux et spécifiques de bureau, comme : assemblage, compilation, photocopies, classement, commande de matériel de bureau et distribution de documents divers.
Assurer une collaboration avec l'ensemble du personnel de la Direction exécutive des affaires corporatives, selon les besoins.

Diplôme d'étude collégiale en technique de bureautique ou juridique.
Cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans un secrétariat juridique.
Capacité à travailler sous pression.
Maîtrise de la langue française, parlée et écrite.
Sens de l'organisation et respect des échéanciers.
Sens de l'analyse et jugement.
Aptitude pour le travail d'équipe et la collaboration.
Souci marqué pour la qualité du service à la clientèle, le respect des échéanciers et la confidentialité de l'information mise à sa disposition.
