January 2025 The primary responsibility of the EWM Intern will be to drive issue resolution for our customers based on proactive notifications from SAP Early Watch Alert as well as safeguarding our Support SLAs.

Work as part of an international team; meet, work, and talk with colleagues and customers from all around the world! Participate in Queue Management activities to ensure Service Level Agreements are met in time and priority cases get assigned quickly.
Develop your skills via external and internal e-Learning courses, remote learning sessions, classroom training and coaching.
Be the guardian of the customers' success, ensuring an effortless customer experience Research, document, and share knowledge through creation of Knowledge Base articles, Wiki documents, SAP Community answers, etc.

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role.
The targeted range for this position is 18.00 - 36.00 CAD.
The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc.
