Personne qui conçoit, actualise, analyse et évalue des programmes en vue de la réadaptation des usagers.
Éducation:
Doit détenir une maîtrise en psychoéducation ;
Être membre de l'Ordre des psychoéducateurs et psychoéducatrices du Québec.
Expérience:
Deux (2) années d'expérience pertinente est un atout.
Connaissances et habiletés:
Aptitude à identifier et analyser les besoins de la clientèle ;
Aptitude à communiquer les connaissances théoriques et pratiques, telles qu'appliquées à la formation ;
Excellentes habiletés de communication et d'écoute interpersonnelles ;
Excellente pensée critique, de synthèse, sens de l'organisation et de prise de décision ;
Grande capacité d'adaptation ;
Ouverture d'esprit à d'autres langues, cultures, valeurs et croyances ;
Connaissance de la culture et de la langue crie, des questions sociales / de santé et des pratiques de guérison Eenou / Eeyou Pimaatsiiun et de ses paradigmes est un atout.
Langue:
Maîtrise de l'anglais ;
Maîtrise du cri ou du français est un atout.

Le Conseil Cri de la Baie-James est responsable d'assurer les services de santé et services sociaux pour toutes les personnes qui résident de façon permanente ou temporaire dans la région Eeyou Istchee, territoire cri de la Baie James. C'est une région éloignée du nord du Québec composé de 9 communautés de la nation Crie, peuple autochtone de près 18 000 personnes.
Les services de santé et services sociaux offerts sont des services de première lignes prodigués dans les 9 CMC locaux ainsi que des services de 2e ligne par le biais du centre hospitalier régional à Chisasibi. Lorsque les services de 2e et 3e ne peuvent être rendues sur la communauté, les patients sont transportés vers les établissement affiliés au RUIS McGill.
