V2V Technologies est une entreprise québécoise en pleine expansion spécialisée dans la conception de logiciels de gestion d'entreprise modulaires, adaptés aux besoins variés de nombreuses industries. Nous sommes fiers de commercialiser GEM-CAR, une solution de gestion pour ateliers mécaniques utilisée dans plus de 41 pays.Nous recherchons un(e) Formateur/Implantation de Solutions pour accompagner ses clients dans l'adoption et l'utilisation optimale de ses logiciels.

Vos principales responsabilités
Formation et implantation :
Former les utilisateurs sur place chez nos clients.
Offrir des formations en ligne en anglais et en français
Donner des formations de groupe dans un salle de classe
Assurer une prise en charge complète des nouveaux clients en collaboration avec les représentants.
Garantir un démarrage réussi pour les nouvelles implantations de solutions.
Planification et suivi :
Participer à la planification des nouvelles installations.
Effectuer un suivi post-installation pour s'assurer de la satisfaction et de l'autonomie des utilisateurs.
Collaboration et support :
Collaborer avec l'équipe de développement et de soutien technique pour résoudre les problèmes et améliorer l'expérience utilisateur.

Compétences techniques et relationnelles :
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.
Capacité à analyser, vulgariser et résoudre des problèmes de manière efficace.
Bon relationnel client, que ce soit en personne ou au téléphone.
Volonté d'apprentissage rapide de la suite de logiciels GEM
Sens des priorités et rigueur organisationnelle.
Autres exigences :
Permis de conduire valide et automobile personnelle (déplacements requis).
Disponibilité pour des séjours de plus de 24 heures chez les clients (occasionnellement)
Conditions de travail
Poste basé à Montréal (bureau à proximité du métro Pie-IX).
