Tu es interpellé par un rôle qui t'amènera à relever des défis technologiques et qui met le service client à l'avant-plan? Dans la grande famille des TI, rejoins l'équipe ERP et contribue à la livraison de nombreux projets à échelle internationale. Ainsi, tu assureras le support des différents groupes de Premier Tech à la recherche de solutions ERP pour l'optimisation de leurs processus opérationnels.

Ton futur rôle
Comprendre les besoins d'affaires et les traduire en termes de livrables ERP
Élaborer des documents de SOW et les présenter aux différentes parties prenantes
Configurer le ERP et produire des spécifications pour les développeurs dans le but de déployer des solutions pérennes qui répondent aux besoins d'affaires
Documenter et prendre en charge les étapes pour la mise en production des projets incluant la migration des données
Accompagner les usagers à chacune des étapes de livraison des projets
Rédiger la documentation ERP tout au long du projet pour assurer le transfert de connaissances à l'équipe ERP Support
Compétences requises
Diplôme en informatique de gestion ou en administration des affaires
Bonne connaissance du progiciel ERP JD Edwards - un atout
Expérience en milieu manufacturier - un atout
Capacité d'analyse et de communication
Capacité à faire l'analyse des besoins clients
Capacité à vulgariser des processus complexes
Maîtrise de l'anglais - à des fins de communication interne avec nos équipiers et consultants hors Québec
