Ce que vous ferez :
Superviser les opérations quotidiennes d'un département spécifique au sein d'un magasin
S'assurer que le département atteint ou dépasse les objectifs de ventes et de rentabilité
Former et développer les associés du département en matière de service à la clientèle, de connaissance des produits et de marchandisage
S'assurer que la marchandise est entreposée, exposée et tarifée de manière appropriée
Surveiller les niveaux de stock et coordonner avec les autres départements pour assurer un réapprovisionnement en temps opportun
Maintenir un service propre et sécuritaire pour les clients et les employés
Gérer les dépenses du département et aider à la préparation du budget
Communiquer régulièrement avec la direction du magasin et les autres chefs de rayon pour s'assurer que les objectifs à l'échelle du magasin sont atteints.
Être constamment à la recherche de grands talents pour se joindre à notre équipe
Diriger, coacher et motiver ses collègues pour améliorer la productivité, l'engagement et la rétention
S'engager à maintenir les normes de marchandisage et d'exploitation

Ce que vous apportez :
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent ; certains cours universitaires sont préférables
Expérience antérieure en gestion de vente au détail, de préférence dans un magasin départemental ou spécialisé
Solides compétences en leadership et en relations interpersonnelles avec la capacité de motiver et de développer les associés
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
Capacité de travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris les nuits et les fins de semaine
Maîtrise des compétences informatiques de base, y compris Microsoft Office
Connaissance des opérations de vente au détail, y compris le marchandisage, la gestion des stocks et le service à la clientèle
Capacité de soulever et de déplacer jusqu'à 50 livres et de rester debout pendant de longues périodes.
What you'll do:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a specific department within a store
Ensure the department meets or exceeds sales and profitability goals
Train and develop department associates in customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising
Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed, and priced appropriately
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely replenishment
Maintain a clean and safe department for customers and employees
Manage departmental expenses and assist in budget preparation
Communicate regularly with store management and other department managers to ensure store-wide goals are being met
Be constantly on the lookout for great talent to join our team
Lead, coach and motivate colleagues to improve productivity, engagement and retention
Be committed to maintaining merchandising and operational standards
Building and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging
What you bring:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
Previous retail management experience, preferably in a departmental or specialty store setting
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop associates
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
