Administrateur(trice) de baux : Collection Équinoxe
Soyez l'un des piliers au fondement d'une nouvelle génération immobilière. Alliant ensemble résidentiel haut de gamme et offre de services commerciaux, Collection Équinoxe s'inspire du concept boutique-hôtel afin de proposer un style de vie signature, sans précédent sur le marché locatif.
L'administrateur de baux relève de la Directrice finance. Sa première responsabilité est d'être la personne ressource pour un portefeuille de 3-4 immeubles avec plus de 1000 condos locatifs quant à la coordination des processus de facturation et de collection et au contrôle de qualité entourant la documentation des baux résidentiels. Ces activités se feront en étroite collaboration avec les équipes travaillant au sein des immeubles.
Principales tâches :
Responsable du processus mensuel de facturation
Assurer un contrôle de qualité et le respect des processus des fonctions administratives exercées par les opérations
Coordonner le processus de renouvellement des baux résidentiels
Traiter les diverses charges aux locataires
Traiter les paiements de loyer
Supporter les équipes opérationnelles
Assurer diverses autres tâches administratives
Qualifications :
DEP en administration / DEC : Technique en comptabilité/administration ou expérience pertinente
Expérience de 2 ans dans des fonctions similaires (atout)
Expérience dans l'utilisation du système informatisé Yardi Voyager (atout)
Bonnes connaissances en informatique - MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique tout en respectant les délais
Capacité à gérer les priorités
Excellentes relations interpersonnelles et service à la clientèle
Rigoureux et structuré
Orienté vers les résultats
Parfaitement bilingue
