Nordikeau est une entreprise innovante et en pleine croissance spécialisée dans la gestion de l'eau depuis maintenant 30 ans. Au quotidien, nous permettons à plus de 400 municipalités québécoises de préserver et d'assurer la qualité de leur eau et de leurs infrastructures.
À titre d'Adjoint(e) exécutif(ve), tu travailleras quotidiennement auprès de la responsable des communications. Si tu aimes avoir du plaisir au travail tout en étant efficace et organisé(e), nous croyons que ce poste est idéal pour toi.

Ton quotidien chez Nordikeau :
Rédiger, créer et réviser les documents (notes de services, correspondances, formulaires, présentations, procédures, ordres du jour et procès-verbaux) ;
Assurer le maintien et l'amélioration des processus et procédures internes ;
Organiser le soutien logistique nécessaire à une bonne gestion documentaire pour l'ensemble des comités ;
Effectuer un suivi de différents dossiers ;
Gérer l'intranet et les médias sociaux de l'entreprise ;
Gérer la logistique des réunions : réservation de salles, convocations, invitations, lunch, etc ;
Participer aux différents comités ;
Prise en charge de certains projets spécifiques en fonction des besoins.
Ce que nous recherchons chez notre futur(e) collègue :
Détenir un diplôme post-secondaire ;
Posséder d'excellentes capacités de rédaction en français ;
Détenir une expérience significative dans un rôle de support pour la direction générale ;
Avoir un très grand sens de l'organisation ;
Faire preuve de discrétion ;
Avoir une très bonne connaissance de la Suite Office ;
Avoir une connaissance du logiciel Canva (un atout).
