Description du poste :
Membre de l'équipe de soins, l'infirmier(ère) auxiliaire voit à maintenir à jour les dossiers des résidents, observer et documenter leur état de santé, l'administration des médicaments, des traitements et des soins infirmiers aux résidents. Il (elle) supervise l'équipe de préposés aux résidents en s'assurant de l'octroi des soins d'assistance et de leurs qualité.
Principales tâches :
Distribuer et administrer la médication
Octroyer les soins infirmiers selon les techniques de soins et les protocoles
Communiquer avec les médecins et les professionnels de la santé du CISSS
Préparer les visites médicales et faire le suivi des différentes prescriptions
Contribuer à l'évaluation par la cueillette de données
Planifier l'ensemble des besoins du résident selon sa situation de santé
Renseigner le résident et sa famille sur le plan de soins offert
Établir une relation de confiance avec les résidents et leur famille
Aider les PAB dans l'octroi des soins d'assistane en relation avec les AVQ et AVD
Coordonner le travail de l'équipe soignante
Supporter les PAB dans l'animation du milieu de vie
Répondre aux urgences et procéder aux transferts en centre hospitalier, au besoin
Horaire de travail :
8 heures par quart (soir)
1 fin de semaine sur 2
