CHEF DE SERVICE ENTRETIEN Résidence L'Initial - Gatineau Aimeriez-vous contribuer à l'amélioration de la qualité de vie de nos résidents ? Prendre le temps de les écouter et d'interagir avec eux ? De gérer une équipe de professionnels passionnés du travail bien fait ; D'assurer la propreté, le bon ordre et la sécurité de la résidence ; D'effectuer des travaux d'entretien, de réparation et d'entretien préventif ; De participer activement à la création et au maintien d'un milieu de vie dynamique et stimulant.

Vous possédez :
Un DEP en entretien général d'immeuble ; Un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire ; Une connaissance de base en plomberie et électricité.

Le travail d'équipe ; La rigueur ; Les relations interpersonnelles ; L'action et les résultats ; La mobilisation des employés.
