Description du poste : Nous recherchons un chargé de projets pour le service organisation/matériel.
Horaire : 40h par semaine, de jour, horaires variables selon vos besoins, télétravail mode hybride
Responsabilités principales :
• Travailler en collaboration avec le département de production, le groupe de soutien aux méthodes avions et le département d'ingénierie dans nos centres manufacturiers pour analyser les demandes d'outillage;
• Émettre des instructions de commande.
• Effectuer les réceptions.
• Supporter les demandeurs et les membres de l'équipe durant la progression des demandes outillages.
• Mettre à jour les échéanciers des différentes demandes d'outillages et informer les différents partis impliqués;
• Analyser et attribuer les nouvelles demandes reliées à l'outillage aux agents méthodes;
• Comprendre et maitriser les processus de l'équipe outillage.
• Devenir un super utilisateur de l'outil informatique pour la gestion des outils;

• Vous avez 4 ans d'expérience dans un environnement manufacturier;
• Vous avez 4 ans d'expérience en planification ou gestion de projet;
• Vous maîtrisez la langue française et vous avez une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise;
• Vous connaissez le domaine aéronautique;
• Vous avez un esprit d'analyse et un bon sens de l'organisation;
• Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et aimez le travail d'équipe;
• Vous maitrisez la suite bureautique Microsoft office.
