Notre client, Shawinigan Aluminium, fabrique des billettes d'aluminium de qualité supérieure en utilisant des équipements à la fine pointe de la technologie. Grâce à un contrôle rigoureux du procédé (analyses chimiques et métallographiques), les billettes de divers alliages répondent à un large éventail de spécifications. Shawinigan Aluminium cherche à pourvoir un poste de coordonnateur ou coordonnatrice des ressources humaines pour son usine.
Description du poste
Sous la supervision de la directrice des ressources humaines, tu assumeras un rôle à la fois stratégique et opérationnel, et interviendras dans l'ensemble des volets des ressources humaines. Ta position clé au sein de l'entreprise t'amènera à mettre tes compétences à contribution sur divers dossiers tels que la gestion de la formation, le recrutement et les relations de travail. Par la qualité de tes interventions, tu joueras un rôle essentiel dans le maintien d'un climat de travail sain. Plus précisément, tu devras :
gérer le processus de dotation et de rétention des employés;
coordonner le programme de formation;
participer à la gestion de l'absentéisme et des avis disciplinaires;
assurer la gestion et le suivi des dossiers de CNESST et d'invalidité;
administrer le programme de reconnaissance des employés et employées;
assurer la gestion et l'administration de la convention collective (vacances annuelles, programme de bonis trimestriels des travailleuses et travailleurs syndiqués).
Condition de travail
Poste permanent à temps plein
Du lundi au vendredi (37,5 heures par semaine)
Échelle salariale en vigueur : entre 70 000 $ à 85 000 $ annuellement
Assurance collective
Profil recherché
Formation en gestion des ressources humaines (AÉC ou baccalauréat) (toute expérience pertinente sera prise en considération)
Trois (3) ans d'expérience en gestion des ressources humaines en milieu syndiqué
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (Word, Excel, etc.)
Excellente capacité à communiquer et facilité à établir des relations interpersonnelles
Sens de l'autonomie, de l'initiative et souci du détail
Capacité de mobiliser, d'influencer et de coacher
