À titre de préposé aux ventes internes, vous devrez
Prendre les commandes téléphoniques et par courriels.
Répondre aux clients au comptoir.
Entrer les commandes dans le système informatique.
Faire la promotion des produits.
Renseigner les clients en fonction de leurs besoins.
Identifier leurs pièces et quicaillerie.
Fournir les informations techniques nécessaires sur les produits.
Notez qu'une connaissance de base de l'anglais est requise afin de pouvoir discuter avec certains fournisseurs les besoins techniques des clients. Les compétences, aptitudes et expériences suivantes sont un atout.
Capacité d'apprentissage.

Recherche dans des catalogues techniques.
