VOTRE RÔLE AU SEIN DE LA COMPAGNIE NORMAND
En tant que ouvrier spécialisé pour notre entreprise, vous ferez appel à votre minutie et à votre souci du détail pour confectionner des pièces de qualité, répondant à nos critères d'excellence.
Au quotidien, vous devrez :
Régler, ajuster, conduire différentes machines, ou équipement de façonnage de métaux légers ou lourds, notamment des poinçonneuses, cisailleuses, presses, plieuses, presses hydrauliques, presses mécaniques ou perceuses, plieuses à tuyaux, scies, découpeuses au gaz ou au plasma semi-automatique ou à contrôle numérique, rouleau servant à plier, couper, découper, poinçonner, percer, façonner en série des pièces avec des matériaux tels de l'acier en barre, en tube, en feuille métallique, tuyau ou profilé de toutes sortes;
Sabler, tailler, polir, percer ou nettoyer au besoin pour donner une forme aux pièces à l'aide d'outils manuels ou mécaniques ;
Signaler toute anomalie majeure de l'outillage, de la machinerie, ou des pièces à son supérieur afin que l'on puisse apporter des correctifs le plus rapidement possible, de même que faire les vérifications d'usage ;
Donner de l'entraînement lorsque requis ;
Lire les plans et apporter les corrections au besoin, signaler au contremaîte les erreurs ;
Contribuer, par son attitude, à créer un climat favorable au travail en équipe ;
Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe qui lui est confiée par son supérieur ;
Savoir lire et utiliser les outils de mesure tel que ruban à mesurer et vernier (système impérial et métrique)
Savoir additionner et soustraire les fractions.
Avoir une habileté manuelle reconnue et un bon jugement.
Lire et comprendre les plans et apporter les corrections au besoin.
Capacité en résolution de problème
Capacité à utiliser un ordinateur et connaissance de base avec Windows
DEP en métallurgie ou expérience equivalente
