Son rôle principal est de développer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à renouveler les contrats de location de manière efficace, tout en assurant la satisfaction et la fidélisation de la clientèle.
Les principales tâches et objectifs d'un directeur du renouvellement sont de :
Développer des objectifs de renouvellement et des plans d'action pour maximiser les taux de renouvellement de contrats de location.
Mettre en place des processus de suivi des contrats de location arrivant à expiration, afin de proposer des offres de renouvellement attractives aux clients.
Assurer une gestion efficace des communications avec les clients concernant les renouvellements de contrat, en répondant à leurs besoins et en résolvant les problèmes de manière proactive.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente et de service pour assurer une transition fluide entre les contrats de location et les nouveaux contrats de renouvellement.
