Tu es dynamique, vif d'esprit et ton entregent te permet d'offrir un excellent service à la clientèle? Tu as d'ailleurs le souci d'offrir un service hors pair aux clients puisque la satisfaction de ceux-ci demeure ta principale source de motivation?
Pro du service à la clientèle, le commis aux ventes comptoir est en quelque sorte le visage de l'entreprise puisqu'il assure le rôle de contact de première ligne avec le client.
En tant que commis au comptoir en électricité, tu es donc celui ou celle qui accueille les clients, entre les commandes au système informatique et au besoin, les prépare et les emballe. Tu fournis aussi aux clients toutes les informations pertinentes.

Tu seras responsable de :
Recevoir et servir les clients (électriciens, entrepreneurs, consommateurs) au comptoir ou au téléphone pour vendre et/ou soumettre de l'information.
Entrer des commandes au système informatique et au besoin, préparer les commandes.
Effectuer des recherches, au besoin, auprès des acheteurs, représentants, autres succursales ou compagnies apparentées afin de trouver un produit spécial, un produit en souffrance ou un produit de remplacement et s'assurer de le faire livrer.
Ton profil :
Tu possèdes un DEP en électricité ou toute autre formation jugée pertinente
Si tu ne possèdes pas de formation en électricité, tu cumules de l'expérience dans le domaine qui te donne les connaissances équivalentes
Si tu as de l'expérience en service à la clientèle, c'est l'idéal!
L'informatique est une seconde nature pour toi ! Tu peux évoluer dans un milieu informatisé.
Les bonnes relations interpersonnelles, ça fait du bien ! Tu fais donc preuve de courtoisie, tact et diplomatie
Pas de stress ! Tu es capable de travailler sous pression, tout en restant précis
Tu as un bon jugement et tu sais prendre de bonnes décisions
