• Nous sommes à la recherche d'un spécialiste du café à temps plein à notre Boutique à Capitale. L'individu occupant ce rôle sera responsable d'agir en tant qu'ambassadeur de la marque Nespresso tout en offrant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et en atteignant les objectifs de vente.
• Un jour dans la vie d'un spécialiste café
• • Assister, avec enthousiasme, à des séances d'information quotidiennes afin de comprendre les principaux objectifs;
• Participer à un coaching avec les chefs d'équipe et saisir les opportunités afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente;
• Offrir la meilleure expérience client en maitrisant la connaissance des différents produits et en démontrant de l'enthousiasme pour la marque;
• Créer une expérience de marque positive pour toutes les parties prenantes;
• Promouvoir la mission de développement durable de Nespresso en éduquant les clients et les visiteurs de la boutique.
• Ce qui vous permettra de réussir dans le poste
• • Être passionné par le café et le développement durable
• Avoir 1-2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de vente au détail à haut volume
• Démontrer de l'aisance et des excellentes habiletés en ventes et service à la clientèle
