Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the executive team on day-to-day operations and administration (e.g., client communications, office management, government correspondence, event planning)
Support the executive team in HR and performance management processes
Provide administrative assistance to the Foci team in support of client project delivery
Manage relationships with back-office vendors and suppliers
Assist with recruitment activities (e.g., logistics, scheduling, resume screening, interview coordination)
Be prepared to take on new challenges as the business evolves
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, or Chief of Staff, preferably in the technology sector
Experience supporting HR and performance management processes
Knowledge and experience corresponding with government agencies (e.g., workers' compensation, business registration, security clearances)
Conducting interviews and providing excellent communication skills
Proactive and creative approach, always looking for ways to improve efficiency
Bilingualism (English and French) is highly valued
