La scierie de Senneterre est l'une des plus grandes de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue et de l'Outaouais. Les quelque 200 membres de notre personnel sont fiers de contribuer à l'essor du marché de la construction et de la rénovation nord-américain et outre-mer. Notre secteur de scierie est à la fine pointe de la technologie et celui du rabotage le sera bientôt, grâce à un investissement de plus de 37M$. Par ailleurs, au printemps 2022, nous avons acquis la centrale thermique voisine, ce qui nous permettra, dans un avenir rapproché, d'augmenter considérablement notre capacité de séchage. Ces investissements feront de Senneterre une installation de Produits forestiers Résolu parmi les plus importantes qui soient au Québec.

Notre établissement est à la recherche de personnes qualifiées en vue de pourvoir un poste de Superviseur de production Centrale. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein.

Vos défis :
• Superviser et diriger les activités reliées au département opérationnel de la centrale thermique en collaboration avec le directeur, tout en respectant les objectifs organisationnels.
• Assurer une gestion harmonieuse des équipes de travail.
• Redresser rapidement une situation et gérer efficacement les priorités.
• Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes de façon optimale.
• Assurer le maintien et l'amélioration de plusieurs systèmes de gestion (santé et sécurité, opération, qualité, environnement, amélioration continue).
• Assurer le respect des dispositions de la convention collective de travail.
Votre profil :
• Posséder un certificat de qualification en vigueur de mécanicien de machines fixes de classe 1 ou 2.
• Expérience pertinente d'opération de centrale thermique/chaudière à vapeur/écorce
• Expérience dans un traitement d'eau de procédé est un atout.
• Posséder une expérience reconnue de supervision de personnel dans un environnement syndiqué est un atout.
• Autonomie et bonne capacité à communiquer.
• Savoir faire preuve de vision et de leadership rassembleur.
• Sens de l'organisation et rigueur du travail, bon esprit d'analyse, capacité d'adaptation.
• Le bilinguisme est un atout.
