Base Salary:
$51,000 annually

Commission:
Up to $120,000 annually (on top of base salary)

Typical Experience.

Individuals with experience in sales positions as a leader or trainer with a record of hitting targets will be prioritized, especially in a direct sales context. An ability to lead and motivate others is critical since you'll be responsible for the overall performance of your team.

• Experience in a sales position, either as a leader or trainer.
• Proven sales results (high or low ticket products).
• Evidence that you've inspired and led a team of sales representatives.
• High school graduation is good but not essential. We're looking for character, appetite and attitude…and proof you can hit your goals.
• College and university graduates are very welcome.
• All applicants must pass a clean background check.
