Notre client une entreprise de service solidement établie à est à la recherche d'un(e):
Technicien(ne) comptable
Poste permanent, temps plein de jour du lundi au vendredi 100% en télétravail
Principales responsabilités :
Effectuer le cycle comptable complet incluant la tenue des livres par projets sur Quickbooks en ligne d'une société opérante et d'une société de gestion
Assurer la gestion des comptes payables et recevables
Procéder à la révision des projets ainsi qu'à la gestion de la facturation (validation des documents des chargés de projets, révision/approbation des grilles Excel)
Effectuer les paies sur Nethris et comptabiliser les salaires par projets
Assurer la gestion des rapports et paiements Gouvernementaux (TPS-TVQ, déductions à la source, acomptes provisionnels)
Préparer les T4/ Relevés 1 et sommaires en fin d'année
Effectuer les conciliations bancaires de plusieurs comptes (7) et comptes en fidéicommis.
Comptabiliser les dépenses des cartes de crédits
Analyser et effectuer le suivi des coûts de projets
S'assurer de la révision des contrats divers tel que assurances, cellulaires et contrats divers de fournisseurs récurrents
Coordonner les dossiers de fin d'année avec la firme comptable externe
Apporter des améliorations aux processus internes.
Compétences recherchées :
Justifier une formation et expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire ou bonne capacité d'apprentissage. (un soutien d'une firme comptable externe sera possible)
Excellentes connaissances du cycle comptable complet et compréhension des états financiers
Bonne connaissance du logiciel Quickbooks en ligne (formation possible)
Connaissance avancée de la suite Office et du logiciel Excel
Souci du détail, rigueur et précision dans l'exécution des tâches comptables
Excellentes compétences analytiques.
