Un poste de 35 heures, du lundi au vendredi en journée où le télétravail est possible.

Procéder à l'identification et à l'analyse des besoins des différentes équipes sur le plan budgétaire ;
Effectuer les suivis budgétaires et la conciliation des comptes des collaborateurs ;
Préparer et traiter les documents comptables (factures, création de contrats/bourses, achats de fournitures. ) pour des collaborateurs et l'administration ;
Faire le lien avec les services des finances et s'assurer de bien appliquer les procédures en vigueur dans les établissements.
Ce que ça prend pour pousser la porte de ce monde à part :
Détenir un diplôme de fin d'études collégiales en administration, idéalement option finances ou comptabilité, ou une expérience jugée équivalente ;
Un sens profond de l'éthique au travail et une capacité à passer en mode «solution» ;
Une excellente connaissance générale en informatique (People Soft, Explo…) et en systèmes de gestion comptable ;
Un merveilleux esprit positif, l'envie de nouer des liens concrets.
