POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Memphrémagog residence, a welcoming private residence for seniors, has an opportunity for a Server (experience not required) to fill a permanent position! Working in a residence is more than a job, it's a life experience. It's the opportunity to be recognized, valued, to participate in the continuous improvement of the service and to make a significant difference in the daily lives of seniors! ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
Greet clients and orient new residents by proposing their seat at an appropriate table
Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
In cooperation with the kitchen staff, prepare daily and à la carte menus and answer residents' questions regarding meals and preparation
Participate in table service with your team of waiters
Take orders, noting specific requests and following-up with the kitchen staff
