Active à Montréal et à Québec, l'entreprise a grandi au rythme de l'évolution des mœurs et a su adapter ses services aux demandes des familles.
DESCRIPTION SOMMAIRE
Du centre opérationnel,répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux questions de nos clients ;
Transférer les appels si besoin ;
Transmettre les informations demandées relativement aux funérailles en cours;
Mettre en ligne les avis de décès du site web;
Prendre les appels de décès et les communiquer aux directeurs ;
Répartir les transports ;
Répartir les directeurs, chauffeurs et porteurs : envoyer les « assignations » (Booking);
Faire le suivi des défunts non réclamés (cas de curatelles, rapatriements, et autres)
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres Répartiteurs ;
Accompagner les familles lors des rituels funéraires ;
Effectuer diverses tâches cléricales ;
Autres tâches connexes.
CONDITIONS APPLICABLES
Poste régulier ;
Horaire du lundi au vendredi, horaire sur une base rotative : 7h à 15h, 9h à 17h, 10h à 18h (30 minutes de repas rémunérées) ;
Le taux horaire est de 27,77$, tel que prévu à la convention collective.
EXIGENCES
Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES);
Bilinguisme essentiel ;
Bonne connaissance géographique du Montréal-Métropolitain et de la banlieue ;
Capacité à travailler efficacement sur un système informatique ;
Capacité à travailler avec minutie, en collaboration avec ses pairs et sous pression.
QUALIFICATIONS
Aptitudes marquées à communiquer avec les familles en deuil ;
Capacité à travailler sous pression ;
Capacité à prendre des décisions ;
Faire preuve d'un bon jugement ;
Débrouillardise et initiative ;
Connaissance du milieu funéraire (atout) ;
Connaissance de base de la console téléphonique (atout).
