Préposé(e) de bureau - Service mécanique- St-Eustache
Statut d'emploi : Permanent, Temps plein - 40 hrs

Responsabilités:
Procéder à l'entrée de données des rapports mécaniques
Effectuer les charges des travaux mécaniques et fermer les factures
Suivi par courriel des estimés auprès des Comptes Commerciaux et les clients
Commander les pièces et s'assurer que les pièces requises soient en bonnes états
Effectuer le suivi et le rappel des PSI (Inspection pré vente et après-ventes)
Effectuer la liste des véhicules à être conduit à l'atelier mécanique
Effectuer les demandes mécaniques des clients reçu par courriel
Participer aux diverses tâches reliées aux activités du service
Qualifications requises:
Bonne connaissance de l'anglais
1à 2 ans d'expérience en travail général de bureau
Maîtrise de l'environnement Windows (Word & Excel)
Précision et rapidité à effectuer de l'entrée de données
Habileté d'effectuer des tâches multiples dans les délais requis
Aptitudes marquées pour le travail d'équipe et le service à la clientèle
Connaissance de base en mécanique (un atout)
