Atelier d'Usinage Côté & Audet Inc. (AUCA) œuvre dans le domaine de l'usinage et du soudage depuis plus de 35 ans.
Nous servons nos clients dans les secteurs de l'hydroélectricité, des aciéries, des pâtes et papiers, et de l'énergie. Nos clients sont de grandes entreprises multinationales telles que GE, Voith Hydro, Andritz Hydro, Arcelor Mittal, Finkl Steel, Rio Tinto, ABB, Valmet et Toshiba.
Chez AUCA, le machiniste est maître d'oeuvre et participe à toutes les étapes de production d'une pièce. Nous avons un poste actuellement disponible pour travailler sur une 'horizontal boring' Toshiba 110R16. Voici les tâches à réaliser:
Lire et comprendre les plans;
Effectuer la programmation;
Monter et calibrer les outils;
Effectuer les étapes d'usinage;
Inspecter la pièce et remplir le rapport d'inspection.
Nous offrons un bon encadrement et de la formation continue. Le poste est sur un horaire de soir une fois la période de formation complétée. Le machiniste fait partie d'une équipe multidisciplinaire comprenant des estimateurs, acheteurs, techniciens, ingénieurs, inspecteur, soudeurs, journaliers. DEP en technique d'usinage conventionnel avec ASP en contrôle numérique ou DEC en génie mécanique ou expérience pertinente;
Bonne capacité à lire des plans complexes;
Expérience dans l'usinage de pièces de grande dimension;
Bonne maîtrise des instruments de mesure;
Bonne connaissance d'un logiciel de programmation et des codes G (nous utilisons le logiciel FeatureCam);
Capacité d'effectuer les montages (set-up);
Aptitude pour le montage et la calibration des outils;
Personne consciencieuse et minutieuse;
