Le Groupe D Resto est actuellement à la recherche d'un ou d'une gestionnaire de service pour son restaurant le Baton Rouge Galeries de la Capitale.

Description du poste Principales responsabilités Supporter le directeur/directrice dans les tâches administratives; Superviser l'ensemble des opérations du restaurant; Gérer les inventaires hebdomadaires; Communiquer ses attentes et ses objectifs à l'équipe; Superviser l'équipe de travail; S'assurer de faire respecter les normes Baton Rouge; S'assurer de faire vivre l'expérience Baton Rouge; Atteindre les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs; Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et salubrité; Recruter le personnel; Développer le plein potentiel des employés; Cultiver le bonheur au travail; S'entourer d'une équipe performante et mobilisée.
