Sous la supervision du Chef des ventes internes, le représentant interne - chargé de projet s'assure d'une gestion efficace des projets, tant au niveau du service client, qu'au niveau d'une saine gestion des inventaires. Pour ce faire, il veille à la bonne exécution de la mise en marche des projets, jusqu'à la livraison des produits en temps opportun, et ce, en concert avec ses collègues des ventes, des opérations et des achats.

Tu seras être appelé à effectuer les tâches suivantes :
Il reçoit de la part des estimateurs, les commandes d'achats finales pour les projets. Il s'assure que les fiches techniques soient approuvées, il enregistre à l'informatique le matériel et la quantité demandée dans un contrat ou une commande réservée à partir de la soumission et y inscrit toutes les informations requises ;
Il s'assure de la bonne gestion des projets en fonction des échéanciers établis par la clientèle et voit à la bonne gestion des inventaires ;
Il s'assure de la bonne gestion des projets en fonction des échéanciers établis par la clientèle et voit à la bonne gestion des inventaires en fournissant mensuellement au directeur des achats les prévisions d'approvisionnement pour les items de finitions ;
Il fait placer par le service des approvisionnements une commande pour la marchandise prévue pour un projet et/ou pour la marchandise que nous n'avons pas en inventaire ;
Autres tâches connexes.
Profil recherché :
Tu possèdes un bon sens de l'organisation;
Tu as une bonne capacité à communiquer avec les autres;
Tu es capable de faire une bonne gestion des priorités et des échéanciers;
Tu possèdes un bon jugement et une capacité d'analyse;
Tu as de bonnes habiletés en informatique.
