Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) cuisinier(ière) responsable à temps plein afin d'assister le chef dans la préparation de 600 repas par jour :)
Nous offrons la télé médecine, programme d'aide aux employés, repas à prix réduit, assurances collectives et plus encore !DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:Horaire : lundi au vendredi de jour avec une fin de semaine sur 3
Salaire : 22$ de l'heure
RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES:
Veiller au maintien de la propreté de la cuisine et des équipements selon les normes d'hygiène et de salubrité
Collaborer à la préparation des menus en proposant ses idées
Effectuer la prise d'inventaire et procéder aux commandes des produits alimentaires auprès de nos fournisseurs
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes
Participer au montage des assiettes
S'assurer d'optimiser l'utilisation des denrées dans le respect des standards de qualité
Veiller à utiliser une méthode de travail conforme aux règles de santé et sécurité ainsi qu'aux normes de salubrité en vigueur
Voir à la préparation des plats froids et des desserts
Éplucher et couper les légumes pour les repas
EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS:
Bon joueur d'équipe
Diplôme d'études professionnel (DEP) en cuisine d'établissement ou l'équivalent
