Eggsquis Vanier est à la recherche d'un cuisinier ou cuisinère de petits déjeunés et dîners pour combler un poste à temps plein (37.5h-40h).
Analyser et planifier son travail de la journée en cuisine.
Aide à réaliser des recettes pour les déjeuners et diners.
Effectuer la mise en place et le montage des assiettes.
Contrôler la qualité des plats préparés.
Identifier les aliments à conserver et déterminer la méthode de conservation.
Entretenir le poste de travail et les outils et équipements.
Nettoyer et aseptiser.
Appliquer les règles d'hygiène personnelle et de sécurité.
Expérience en cuisine obligatoire.
Dynamisme requis.
Capable de travailler sous pression.

Niveau d'études : Secondaire
Années d'expérience reliées à l'emploi : 3 à 5 années d'expérience
Langues demandées : langues parlées : français Langues écrites : français
