Notre client, Capitale Mobilité, est une société en commandite mise sur pied par le Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC) qui agit à titre de leader dans le développement commercial et immobilier de la mobilité à Québec.L'organisation est en pleine croissance ; elle multiplie les projets afin d'optimiser la mise en valeur et l'intégration d'actifs qui favorisent la mobilité et l'expérience de transport collectif. Elle est d'ailleurs responsable d'assurer l'exploitation du service de vélopartage àVélo.Capitale Mobilité est actuellement à la recherche d'un contrôleur financier ou d'une contrôleuse financière qui lui permettra d'atteindre ses objectifs de croissance. Relevant de la directrice administrative, la nouvelle ressource sera responsable de tout ce qui touche à la comptabilité et à la finance de Capitale Mobilité. Elle sera bien sûr en collaboration quotidienne avec l'équipe du RTC de Québec.Principales responsabilités
Produire les états financiers des différentes unités d'affaires
Prendre en charge l'élaboration et la planification des budgets
Gérer et prévoir les flux de trésorerie
Réaliser différentes analyses afin d'appuyer les décisions organisationnelles
Planifier le dossier de fin d'année et collaborer avec les auditeurs externes
Améliorer et maintenir à jour le modèle de coût/prix de revient dans Excel
Gérer les demandes et les suivis de financement externes
Présenter les états financiers et les analyses demandées à la direction et au conseil d'administration
Mettre en place et développer des indicateurs de performance et un tableau de bord
Maintenir un contrôle interne efficace
Participer de façon active à l'amélioration continue des processus

Horaire de travail de 35 heures par semaine
Salaire très compétitif
