SOMMAIRE DE LA FONCTION
Sous la supervision de la chef des affaires juridiques et secrétaire générale adjointe, le titulaire conseille, lorsque requis, les différentes directions sur le plan juridique et assiste la chef des affaires juridiques et secrétaire générale adjointe.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Rendre des opinions juridiques sur divers sujets suivant des recherches préalables au niveau législatif, jurisprudentiel et doctrinal.
Conseiller la direction dans l'élaboration de stratégies en lien avec les diverses activités du RTC.
Rédiger différents contrats, en négocier les termes et voir à leur interprétation, le cas échéant.
Traiter certains dossiers de litiges à l'interne, en collaboration avec des procureurs externes.
Former et sensibiliser différents gestionnaires et intervenants sur l'application des lois et règlements touchant le RTC.
Participer, de temps à autre, à différents comités et projets spécifiques.

Formation universitaire en droit et être membre du Barreau du Québec
5 à 10 années d'expérience en droit commercial ou de la construction
Connaissance en droit public (notamment en approvisionnement), un atout
Rigueur de travail propre aux exigences de l'emploi
Capacité à travailler sous pression et gérer un grand volume de demandes
Implication dans des projets en infrastructure, un atout
Forte capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et de jugement
Autonomie et créativité dans la recherche de solutions proactives
Souci marqué pour la qualité des communications verbales et écrites, la qualité du service à la clientèle et le respect des échéanciers
