Rejoignez notre équipe dynamique en tant que chef de division et devenez le moteur de notre transformation! En occupant ce rôle, vous serez au coeur de l'action, responsable de la planification, de l'organisation et de la direction des activités liées à la géomatique, l'arpentage et la gestion immobilière et foncière de la Ville de Sherbrooke. Vous aurez l'opportunité d'influencer l'avenir de notre communauté en participant activement à l'élaboration et à l'application des politiques et des plans d'action. En collaboration avec divers intervenants municipaux et partenaires externes, vous contribuerez à l'amélioration continue de nos pratiques. Vos principales responsabilités :
• Superviser les trois secteurs d'activités : géomatique, arpentage et gestion immobilière et foncière, en assurant une collaboration étroite entre les équipes;
• Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies efficaces pour les activités de gestion du territoire;
• Assurer la qualité et l'intégrité des données territoriales pour appuyer la prise de décisions;
• Diriger les projets de développement et d'innovation dans vos secteurs d'expertise, tout en respectant les priorités et les ressources;
• Représenter la Ville auprès des partenaires, des citoyens et des intervenants externes pour des dossiers touchant la gestion du territoire.
En travaillant de concert avec les chefs de section, vous dirigerez et inspirerez une équipe d'une vingtaine de personnes.

• Un salaire annuel se situant entre 99 239$ et 138 718$;
• Des vacances pouvant aller jusqu'à sept semaines par année, selon l'expérience;

Vous détenez un baccalauréat en administration option gestion urbaine et immobilière ou toute autre combinaison de formation et d'expérience pertinente ainsi qu'un intérêt marqué pour les domaines d'affaires sous la responsabilité de la division.
Vous possédez minimalement cinq ans d'expérience significative en gestion d'équipe avec une capacité démontrée à diriger des équipes multidisciplinaires. Une expérience en contexte municipal sera considérée un atout.
